HDC has successfully completed over 30 residentials  including single dwellings and duplexes. At HDC, we also collaborate with both local and internationally renowned furniture suppliers to provide customized furniture solutions.

As an architect, both exterior and interior and project manager with over 20 years of experience, he possesses a profound understanding of the real estate market and client requirements. Mr. Cao excels at translating client needs into reality through meticulous design coordination and comprehensive review processes. He has established an extensive and high-quality collaborative network with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultant teams, ensuring efficient project execution and cost optimization

With 15 years of experience in the industry, Jason has successfully completed over a hundred high-end and multi-story residential projects. Under his leadership, the team consistently exceeded expectations in cost management, timeline adherence, and quality control for both residential and commercial constructions.

Zhihai Cao, Chief Architect in Architectural & Interior Design, brings 16 years of experience in crafting landmark projects, high-rise buildings, and luxury residences. His expertise cultivated through these diverse projects grants him a profound understanding of real estate market dynamics and client needs.

In residential design, Mr. Cao adopts a user-centric approach by conducting in-depth observation of clients‘ lifestyles, analyzing product characteristics, and formulating design directions that resonate with target demographics.
